Questions

What do you need from us?
The photos — downloaded zips, folders or loose images, in any order. If a list is already half done, send the workbook too and we append to it without touching the rows, sheets or embedded photos already there.
How are items priced?
At today's U.S. replacement cost, matched to a comparable product on Amazon or Walmart (the actual brand when it's legible). A shared price book means the same item gets the same price from job to job, which keeps adjusters from picking lines apart.
How is depreciation handled?
By item category and age, never above 20%, and 0% on new or unopened items. Sales tax is applied to RCV at the rate you specify. Every rule is written into the workbook's methodology tab so the adjuster can see how each number was reached.
What about duplicates and consumables?
Repeat angles of the same item aren't counted twice. Lines that might be repeats across batches are flagged for the adjuster, not silently removed, and consumables and personal-care items are marked for review. You're billed only for priced lines.
Is the output something an adjuster will accept?
It's a standard spreadsheet with room, description, quantity, comparable product and link, RCV, depreciation and ACV per line, plus an evidence sheet that accounts for every photo. An estimator re-checks every line of $150 or more before delivery.
