Get a Second Look at the insurer's estimate

Upload the adjuster's PDF. In about a minute you'll have the figures pulled out, the scope that's usually owed but isn't there, and the questions to send the adjuster — written the way an estimator would explain it.

Type of loss

Free. Your PDF is read once for the review and not kept. A licensed estimator confirms anything before it's relied on.

Questions

What do I upload?
The estimate the insurance company sent you — usually a PDF from Xactimate with line items, quantities and a summary page. Photos and letters aren't needed for this step.
Is my document stored?
No. The PDF is read once to produce the review and is not saved. The review itself is emailed to you and to our estimating team so we can follow up if you ask us to.
Is this the final word on what's missing?
No — it's a preliminary read of the document alone. It can't see the property. A licensed estimator confirms anything before it's used, which is what the free full estimate is for.
Does it work on scanned estimates?
Usually, but a text-based PDF exported from the carrier's portal gives a much more reliable read than a photographed printout.
